Export of Radioactive Sources (Control) Order 2006 (S.I. No. 1846 of 2006).

This Order controls the export of certain high-activity radioactive sources. It prohibits, except under licence granted under this Order, the export of certain radioactive sources as described in Schedule 1 to this Order. Section 68 of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979 provides offences for the breach of the control on export.
