These Regulations amend The Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 so as to give effect to Commission Decision 2007/588/EC which amends Commission Decision 2007/554/EC concerning certain protection measures against foot-and-mouth disease in the United Kingdom.
