The present Regulations enforce the Expropriation Act (R.S. 1985, c. E-21); Dominion Water Power Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. W-4); Northwest Territories Waters Act (S.C. 1992, c. 39) and the Dry Docks Subsidies Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. D-4).
