The present Regulations are made under the Farm Practices Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the functioning and procedures of the Farm Practices Board. The text consists of 11 sections divided into 3 Parts as follows: Farm Practices Board (1); Applications, investigations, hearings and fees (2); Directives, guidelines and policy statements (3).
