This Act makes provision for the licensing of farm produce sellers, their registration, and regulates the sale etc. of farm produce. "Farm produce sellers" includes both farm produce agents and farm produce merchants. For both activities a license is required (sects. 9-18). Section 19 concerns appeals against refusal to grant a license and other decisions by the Registrar. Sales of farm produce deemed to be on agency basis except in certain circumstances. Section 21 requires the farm produce age
