Federal Act amending the Environment Sustainability Testing Act 2000 and repealing the Environment Commission Act 2000.

The present Act introduces some amendments to the Environment Sustainability Testing Act 2000. In particular, the Act rewords article 40 on Appeal procedures; a paragraph 26 is added to article 46 dealing with delivery of decisions taken by the Environment Commission. Furthermore, the Act repeals the Environment Commission Act 2000. The text consists of 2 articles.
