The present Act introduces some amendments to the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act (BGBl. I No. 13/2006). In particular, it amends article 3 dealing with marketing of food; article 6 concerning maximum residue limits of pesticides found in food; article 10 establishing that the Federal Minister for Health and Women has to keep an electronic register; articles 36, paragraph 2, concerning inspection of food in general; article 36, paragraph 3, dealing with inspection of aquaculture products
