The present Act introduces some substantial amendments to the Genetic Technology Act (BGBl. No. 510/1994). Inter alia, a Part VIa is added entitled “Civil liability” dealing with injury to persons and damage to property, effects on the environment, suspension of liability, restoration of the environment, registers, etc. The text consists of 2 articles.
