The present Act introduces some substantial amendments to the Hazardous Substances Transport Act (BGBl. I No. 145/1998). Inter alia, Part 6 of the table of contents is replaced by the following: Part 6: Transport of hazardous substances on waterways, Part 7: Transport of hazardous substances by sea, Part 8: Transport of hazardous substances by air; Part 9: Authorities and experts, penalties, final and transitional provisions. The text consists of 4 articles.
