The present Act introduces some amendments to the Health and Foods Safety Act (BGBl. I No. 63/2002). In particular, it amends article 1 establishing that the Federal Office for Security and Health is entrusted with the execution of Acts and Ordinances listed in this article. Furthermore, it adds article 8a on Working programmes. It amends also article 12 dealing with funds given by the Ministry to the Food Surveillance Agency.
