Federal Act amending, inter alia, the Energy Control Act.

The present Act introduces some amendments to the Energy Control Act (BGBl. I No. 107/2011). In particular, the Ordinance adds an article 25a on Investigation and monitoring of the functioning of the wholesale energy market; and an article 25c on Special provisions relating to investigation and surveillance powers in the service of criminal justice in cases of suspected abuse of inside information.
