Federal Act amending the Mineral Raw Material Act.

The present Act introduces some substantial amendments to the Mineral Raw Material Act (BGBl. I, No. 38/1998). The Act adds article 177a on Salvage of people (dead, missing) establishing that according to article 97 of the afore-mentioned Act the salvage of people can be ordered. The text consists of 2 articles.
