Federal Act amending the Planting Material Act 1997.

The present Act introduces minor amendments to the Planting Material Act 1997 (BGBl. I No. 73/1997). In the entire text the expression "Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry" shall be replaced by "Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources". Article 1 dealing with cases to which the Act does not apply is amended, as well as article 4 concerning ornamental plants.
