Federal Act amending the Water Rights Act 1959.

The present Act introduces some amendments to the Water Rights Act 1959 (BGBl. No. 215). In particular, it amends article 29 dealing with competent authorities; article 103 concerning water quality of water supply plants; article 121 regarding authorizations issued by water supply plants.
