The present Federal Act introduces some substantial modifications to the Wine Act (BGBl. I No. 141/1999). For example, article 2 dealing with Austrian wine; article 17 concerning fraudulent wine production; article 39a on Establishment of producers' organizations and clearing of land are all amended.
