A Federal Act to authorize the Federal Minister of the Environment, Youth and Family in cooperation with the Federal Minister of Finance and with the participation of the Land of Lower Austria to establish a National Park Company in the Thayatal. Its legal form will be a company with limited liability. Its tasks will be to take the appropriate steps for carrying out measures for the establishment of a national park in the area of Thayatal and for its subsequent management. The headquarter of the
