An Act to regulate the establishment of agricultural institutes. The Act lists at the outset the various Institutes involved: they are monitored by the Minister for Agriculture and Forestry. Their tasks relate, inter alia, to the collection of data, the setting up of libraries, the improvement of agricultural methods, the preparation of reports, of statistics, etc. Article 5 governs the internal organization of the said Institutes. The main part of the Act deals with the various agricultural Ins
