Comprehensive provisions relating to the establishment of an International Fund for the clearance of the Danube. The clearance project proposed by the Danube Commission - which does not involve the reconstruction of any bridges - involves the removal of the debris and the unexploded ordinance, to open a navigable channel, and the restoration of the riverbed and banks.
