This Act establishes the Federal Lands Registry. The Federal Lands Registry shall be a body corporate and shall have, amongst others, the following functions: (a) the registration of all titles to Federal Government lands and all interests created by subsequent transactions on lands vested in the Federal Government and its agencies; (b) the preparation and maintenance of intelligence sheets for all Federal Government allocations throughout Nigeria.
