The following amendments and addenda are introduced into Article 64: 1.The Article is supplemented with new paragraphs “Import into the Russian federation of radioactive thermo-excreting sections of nuclear reactor of foreign origin must be carried out on the grounds of positive resolution of special commission instituted by the President of the Russian Federation.”
