Article 10 of Chapter I establishes that the Customs Office is entitled to combat illegal trade of the endangered wildlife and flora species, their parts or derivatives and must contribute to the protection of wildlife and flora species, environmental protection and the protection of the Russian consumers from the commodities injurious to health.
