Federal Law No. 103-FZ amending Federal Law No. 115-FZ “On concession agreements”.

Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Concession agreements shall be applicable to centralized cold and hot water supply and (or) wastewater disposal and separate objects of such systems”.
