Paragraph 1 of the Article 1 must be supplemented with the following paragraph to be inserted after the wording “carrying out use of water basins”, “(except for underground water containing minerals and (or) medicinal resources (mineral water) or used for the extraction of thermal energy”. Paragraph 4 of the same article must be excluded.
