The purpose of this Law is to ensure state regulation and circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcohol products and spirituous liquors, protection of consumers, life and health of the population. This Federal Law establishes administrative sanctions for juridical persons (organizations) and individual businessmen for the infringement of law in the sphere of the production and circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcohol products and spirituous liquors.
