Article 171.1 of Criminal Code establishes penal proceedings for the production, purchase, storage, transportation and trade of non-labelled goods and produce. Paragraph 3 of the Article 325 introduces penal proceedings for theft of excise labels (stamps), special stamps or identification labels. Article 327 introduces penal proceedings for the production and trade of counterfeit excise labels (stamps), special stamps or identification labels.
