Federal Law No. 159-FZ amending Federal Law No.170-FZ of 1995 on use of nuclear energy.

Item 8 of the Article 25 shall be amended to add the following wording: “authorized to perform environmental audit and safety examination of the sites generating or using nuclear energy, and adoption or non-adoption of decisions by the outcome thereof”.
