The second sentence of the item 3 of the Article 26 shall acquire a new wording: “Transfer of the natural monuments of federal and regional importance and the territories on which they are located under protection of the persons under which jurisdiction they are posted, the issuance of the protection certificate shall be carried out by the authorized federal environmental institution and by the regional executive bodies.”
