Article 15 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Energetic inspection can be performed in relation to edifices, constructions, installations, energy consuming equipment, objects of electric energy supply, sources of thermal energy supply, centralized heating systems and centralized systems of cold and hot water supply, and other objects of municipal infrastructure, technological processes and also in regard of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs”.
