Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Article 6. General provisions related to state biosphere reserves. State biosphere reserves shall be classified as protected areas of federal significance. Natural ecosystems shall be preserved within the boundaries of state biosphere reserves and any economic and other activities shall be prohibited except for cases envisaged by this Federal Law”.
