Article 40 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Projects for installation of nuclear plants (including nuclear power stations), sources of radiation, storage facilities for radioactive substances and radioactive waste must contain solutions for safe putting out of operation thereof or shutdown of burial sites of radioactive waste”.
