Item 3 of the Article 4 of the Federal Law on pay for the use of water facilities is supplemented with the following wording: “ Pending the validation by the regional authorities of the tariffs in accordance with the categories of payers are applicable the minimum tariffs validated by the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with the provisions of the item 2 of the present Article.”
