Article 37 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Burial of underground extracted in the process of bottom dredging operations in the internal sea and territorial sea shall not be considered waste disposal. The aforesaid burial shall be prohibited within the boundaries of protected marine areas and protected fishing areas”.
