The present Federal Law establishes the particulars of state regulation in the sphere of elaboration and realization of special ecological programs of rehabilitation of soil subject to radioactive contamination. The Federal Law is composed of 8 articles. Article 1 introduces the main concepts. Article 2 regards elaboration of special ecological programs. Article 3 determines the main targets and contents of special ecological programs. Article 4 regards financing of special ecological programs.
