Article 4 shall be supplemented with item 14.1 of the following wording: “The state audit of the mineral deposits, collection of geological and ecological data shall be required for the plots of subsoil subject to concession for uses not related to mining and mineral extraction.” Article 29 shall acquire a new wording: “The state audit of the mineral deposits, collection of geological and ecological data shall be carried out by the regional state executive bodies.”
