Paragraph 3 of the issue 3 must be supplemented with the following wording “as regards manufacturing and import of tobaccos for the consumption on the territory of the Russian Federation and from the 1st of July 2003 in the sphere of wholesale trade and retail trade of tobaccos for the consumption on the territory of the Russian Federation.”
