Russian Federation joins Protocol to the International Convention on Civil Liability for Oil Pollution Damage of 1992 and denouncement by the Russian Federation of the International Convention on Civil Liability for Oil Pollution Damage of 1969 from the date of entry into force for the Russian Federation of the aforesaid Protocol.
