The present Regulation implements article 45 of the Cantonal Constitution. In particular, the Regulation establishes the fees to be paid to veterinaries for their services concerning survey of whole flocks and of specific individual examination and for compensation of time. Moreover, the Regulation deals with fees and compensation to be paid to bees inspectors. The text consist of 9 articles.
