These Regulations implement specified Community legislation in Northern Ireland and, for this purpose, amend the Feeding Stuffs Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 and the Feeding Stuffs (Sampling and Analysis) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 in relation on official controls performed to ensure the verification of compliance with feed and food law, animal health and animal welfare rules.
