"Mammalian meat and bone meal" means mammalian protein derived from the whole or part of any dead mammal by the process of rendering. These Regulations continue to make provision for control in the public interest of the sale of mammalian meat and bone meal for use as a fertilizer on agricultural land (reg. 3).
