A Law to abrogate and replace the Fertilizers Law of 1987. With this Law, the Council of fertilizers control is instituted. A written authorisation, issued by the Council, must be obtained before importation, preparation or packaging of any type of fertilizer. The marking of fertilizer packages must comply with prescriptions issued by this Law.
