This Act stipulates that the whole of the Fingo Location shall re-vest in the Governor on 1st August 1940 and shall be deemed to be surrendered to the Governor, and every right, title or interest in any such original holding shall be extinguished (sect. 3). Persons who where owner of an original holding, their heirs, or persons recommended for the award of a plot of land by the Land Board appointed to be the Commission for the purposes of this Act under section 5 shall, subject to this Act, be a
