The present Ordinance implements the Styria Plant Protection Law of 16 April 2002 (LGBl. No. 82/2002). The purpose of the present Ordinance is the control of fire-blight in Sytria. Article 8 establishes that affected plants or parts of plants shall be removed in accordance with the instructions of the competent authorities.
