Fire-Blight Zones Ordinance.

The present Ordinance implements the Styria Plant Protection Law (LGBl. No. 82/2002) and the Fire-Blight Ordinance (LGBl.33/2003). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the establishment of fire-blight zones. The text consists of 3 articles and 1 Annex listing various zones being declared fire-blight zones.
