The present Ordinance implements articles 9 and 17 of the Salzburg Cultivated Plants Protection Law (LGBl. No. 43/1949). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to protective measures against the spreading of fireblight in general, and in particular in buffer zones. Article 2 bans the bringing into circulation and planting of certain host plants favouring the dissemination of the above-mentioned pest. The text consists of 9 articles.
