The present Act introduces some amendments to the Renewable Energy Act (BGBl. I , p. 1918) of 21 July 2004. In particular, it adds article 14a on Duties to publish and disseminate ; article 19a on the tasks of the Federal Net Agency and article 19b on penalties.
