First Ordinance amending the Food Containers Transport Ordinance.

The present Ordinance amends the Food Containers Transport Ordinance of 13 April 1987 (BGBl. I p. 1212) as follows: The title of article 2a shall read as follows: "Exception for the transportation of oils and fats"; an article "2b on "Exceptions for the transport of raw sugar"; is added, as well as an Annex 3 on Transport of raw sugar on ships". The text consists of 3 articles.
