First Ordinance amending the Packaging Waste Ordinance

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Packaging Ordinance of 21 August 1998 (BGBl. I p. 2379). In particular an Annex II relating to concentration levels of heavy metals in packaging is added. The text consists of 2 articles.
