First Ordinance amending the Protected Forests Proceedings Ordinance.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Protected Forests Proceedings Ordinance of 18 January 2005 (GVBl. II p. 90). In particular, it amends article 2 dealing with irregularities of the application to put a forest under protection.
