First Ordinance amending the Waste Disposal Fees Ordinance

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Waste Disposal Fees Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 2749). In particular, the Ordinance rewords article 4 on Transitional provisions. For official acts by the Federal Environment Office within the framework of the Regulation (EC) No. 1013/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on shipments of waste the Waste Disposal Fees Ordinance of 17 December 200 shall be applied. The text consists of 2 articles.
