This Act applies to the right to fish in the Swedish Sea Territory and the Swedish EEZ. Certain provisions apply also to fishing by Swedish vessels outside of the Swedish Exclusive Economic Zone (sect. 1). Sections 8 to 11 define fishing rights of Swedish citizens.
